What is Mobile Home Insurance? Coverage against losses resulting from hail, wind, fire, or theft. Usually writtn between $50,000 up to a $300,000 limit. Can encompass your entire mobile home, including:

- Trip Collision provides coverage for your mobile home while moving it to another location.
- Extended Coverage on Jewelry, Watches, and Furs.
- Extended Coverage on Fire Department Charges.
- Your legal defense costs (if you are sued).
- Court costs.
- Costs of premiums on bonds, within the policy limits.
- Reasonable expenses you incur at the insurance carrier's request.
Discounts may be available for:
- Newer mobile homes.
- Approved protective devices (fire extinguishers, alarms, etc).
- Mobile homeowners over 55 years old and retired (not be employed full time).
*** Always ask if the policy with provides full replacement cost for your insured mobile home and for most of your insured personal property. If a covered total loss occurs, will the insurance company will pay the full cost to repair or replace your mobile home or damaged personal property with no deduction for depreciation?
